What comes in a Pooch Perks Package?
Perks boxes are filled with high premium quality toy products and USA sourced and made gourmet few ingredient treats. Unlike other pet subscription box companies that have one standardized box to choose from, Pooch Perks has multiple different Pooch Packages, all customizable for your dogs special needs ( such as grain free treats). Our most "popular box" is the Popular Pooch box which contains 2-3 toys & 3 treats ( you can customize the toys and treats). The Toys Only box contains 3 toys and the Treats Only box contains 3 treat bags and one chew treat. Our smallest box is the Sample box and it brings one plush toy and one treat bag, this box can also be customized to the weight of the dog as all our boxes are.
How do I join Pooch Perks?
Joining Pooch Perks is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Literally! Click Boxes, select the size of your Pooch, choose your Pooch Package and then checkout! Easy enough, eh? The hard part is making sure your pooch doesn’t attack the mailman when he comes with their box!
Perks Boxes are available in a variety of sizes for all types of incomes. Boxes range from $11.95 for a sampling of a variety of premium products to $35.95 for a completely customizable premium treats and toy box.
Of course it does! Whether you are subscribing or buying as a gift, you have the option to choose between five different size types. We even have a box for Mixed Households that have multiple size dogs. If your fur-baby grows throughout your plan, you may always contact us to change sizes.
Can I customize my Pooch Package for allergies?
You certainly can! During your sign up process you are able to select what kind of allergies your Pup has. Whether it is chicken, beef, turkey, wheat, corn or soy, etc. we got you and your Pooch covered.
What if my dog is a heavy chewer?
If you have a heavy chewing pooch, you can customize the durability of toys during the sign up process. Choose our Popular Pooch box. Follow the steps and choose durable toys right after "select A Pooch size" Please read the toy manufacturers instructions for proper use and always supervise your pooch. Some examples of what our tough durable toys are made of: natural rubber, tough nylon, rope, zogoflex rubber non toxic latex free. Many of the manufacturers guarantee the durability of their product. Our durable toys are not made for the extreme chewers.
Can I gift a subscription or send a one -time Pooch Perks Package?
Making everyone dogs happy is our #1 priority. You can easily send your favorite Pooch a care package for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months as easy as it is buying one for your own. Here is how it works:

- Choose the duration of the gift (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and the size of the dog.

How do I access my account?
Just go to the Account Page here
and register with the email you used to purchase your box. You will then have access to all you account settings
How do I cancel my subscription?
No hassle canceling! Just Log in to your account. 1. Click "edit" in the "Your Subscription" box. 2. Click "cancel" button. 3. Confirm cancel. You can always reach out to us on the Contact Us page and we can cancel your account for you. Please note, in order to avoid any additional charges, please cancel 7 days prior to your renewal date. IF YOU CANCEL AFTER THE RENEWAL DATE, THERE IS NO REFUND. YOU WILL RECEIVE ALL THE BOXES LEFT IN THE RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION. Pooch Perks does not send notices to alert subscriber of auto renewals for their subscription. It is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SUBSCRIBER to maintain their account email, log in information up to date and if they are having problems logging into their Pooch Perks accounts to inform Pooch Perks Immediately, not having access to your account does not constitute a viable reason for not canceling subscription renewals in a timely manner as specified by Pooch Perks policy.
How do I change my subscription?
Changing your subscription plan or plan options is EASY! Just log into your account and you can make multiple changes right online or you can email us at email@example.com and we're happy to help.
If I cancel in the middle of a subscription, will I still get all my Pooch Packages?
Once your subscription renews, and If you decide to cancel your subscription, we will still ship you the remaining boxes included in your purchased plan. Canceling means your next automatic renewal subscription will not renew.
Pooch Perks subscribers will renew on the 5th of each month. If your subscription starts after the 25th on the month, your subscription will renew the following month.
Most products and monthly dog box plans have a flat rate shipping charge of $2 anywhere is USA.
How can I change my billing or shipping address?
You can change your billing or shipping address by logging into your account or email us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you out! Pooch Perks will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and for any incorrect account information such as email address. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to maintain their account email, log in information and credit cards up to date and if they are having problems logging into their Pooch Perks accounts to inform Pooch Perks Immediately!
When is my Pooch Package shipping?
Your pooch box will be shipped approximately a week from the order date.
How can I track my package?
As soon as we pack your box you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking information. If you still haven’t received it but the tracking information says it’s been delivered, email us at email@example.com.
Do you give back to shelters/charities?
A portion of your monthly Pooch Perks subscription is donated to organizations around the country that rescue abused and neglected dogs. We donate to various organizations we love and based on requests received from vetted organizations that reach out to us directly. Click Here

How do I suggest a shelter or rescue to receive donations?

I received a defective product, how can I exchange it?
Oh Shitzu! Send us a message at email@example.com and we will send you a replacement product faster than your pooch can give you those sad puppy dog eyes!
Do you have toys big enough for my dog?
Having 5 large dogs, we feel your pain! We will customize your box with the biggest and toughest toys.
